Shouzhua Cake evolved from Congzhua Cake and originated in Taiwan, China, China. Freshly baked hand made pancakes are layered like thin paper, with a crispy golden outer layer and a soft, white and tender inner layer.
Main Ingredients:
400 grams of flourAuxiliary materials:
2 teaspoons of oil
1 egg
2 teaspoons of spicy sauce
2 ham
2 pieces of lettuce
1 cucumber
2 pieces of spicy chips
2 teaspoons of salt
Method of making handmade pancakes:
Step 1: Place the flour in a bowl, add salt and warm water, and knead it into a dough.
Step 2: Let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
Step 3: During the rising time, add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of oil into the bowl to make a batter.
Step 4: Roll the dough into a pancake shape, brush the center with pastry, and roll it up as shown in the picture.
Step 5: Cut the rolled-up bread in half.

Step 9: Then brush the egg pancake with chili sauce.
Step 10: Continue adding lettuce, spicy slices, cucumbers, and ham sausage and roll it up.
